Upper Quashnet River Restoration: Site Walk

Join town conservation staff, engineers and ecologists on a guided tour of the upper Quashnet River restoration site, and learn the proposed plans to return the retired bog system to a connected river. Your input will help shape trail alignments, parking, signage, viewpoints and the site’s long-term care.
The walk is 1 to 1.5 miles round trip on uneven terrain and is not universally accessible. Refreshments provided. Park at the Johns Pond Park lot on Back Road. Please register so the team can plan for group size.
